CloudGPT enforces strict usage limits to ensure platform stability. This includes per-second request throttling and daily token quotas based on your subscription plan. Attempting to bypass these limits via multiple accounts or automated key-sharing is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate suspension.

To protect our infrastructure, we employ active 'Tar Trapping'—a mechanism that introduces artificial latency to accounts exhibiting abusive behavior patterns. Continued violations of our API guidelines will lead to permanent IP-level or account-level blocking.

All technology provided through CloudGPT, including the Pollistack context management system, unified gateway logic, and proprietary entropy-based text splitting algorithms, are the property of Meridian Labs.
